NO SHOWS / on the day cancellations :
LATE: if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be marked as ( no show ) ans you haven’t arrived L and full payment will be taken for card on file.
You will be charged the full amount of the treatment to the card you booked with if you don’t show or cancel on the day or your treatment.
deposits are non refundable from the time of booking please do not book unless you want your appointment/s . Deposits will not be refunded. Cancleation under 48hr require full payment , your card will be charged the full amount also a mark against your account also no shows require full payment. We would appreciate it if you can not bring children with you to your appointments Thankyou
Patch test required 48hr prior or disclaimer can be signed before treatment if you are happy to proceed without a test and accept liability in respect of any reactions or medical attention that may arise.
